Low carb diet plan for shedding fat!

When looking to drop bodyfat I believe that low carb diets, eliminating processed foods and drinking plenty of water is the key! Below is sample of a diet plan I would follow when aiming to burn fat:

Breakfast:
Option 1
Whole Eggs (2-3)
Piece of fruit
Green tea
Water

Option 2
Steak and eggs
Vegetables
Water

Option 3
Whey Protein shake (1 scoop)
Piece of fruit

Snack:
Option 1
25grams of mixed nuts
Green tea
Water

Option 2
Whey Protein shake (1scoop)
Piece of fruit

Lunch:
Option 1
Grilled chicken/turkey breast with as much salad as you want (i.e. cucumber, pepper, tomato etc)
Water

Option 2
Tin of tuna with 1 tbsp of light mayo with sweetcorn
Water

Snack:
(Same as previous options)

Dinner:
Option 1
Chicken/turkey with as much vegetables as you like (try to make sure you include green veg)
Water

Option 2
Salmon or other oily fish with all the vegetables you want
Water
