– 4×20 reps inverted row
– 4xfailure plyo push ups
– 4×10-15 shoulder press
– 4×15 tricep extensions superset with 4×15 inverted bicep curls
– 4×15-20 dips
– 4x30second isometric leg hold
– 4×30 in and outs
