Super Saturday for some of the team today with PB’s all round!

Will hit a 147.5kg squat and 107.5kg bench press

Aaron D, Jon and myself all made 192kg on the squat before folding in half with 200kg

Aaron B then went on to pull a lifetime PB of 200kg with Aaron D pulling 210kg and Big Jon with a PB of 222.5kg!
Great day with a great atmosphere and lots of support all around!
